Consultation / Release

Upon receipt of a patient’s signed ‘release of medical records’, the Lab of Path may release the patient’s records, original and/or amended reports to the persons named on the release form (physician/pathologist, legal counsel, insurance company, other). In cases where slides are released, return is expected within 90 days.
